Reem Alqodsi

Reem Yousif (القدسي عدنان ريم) was born in Baghdad and lived there until 1995 when she moved to the US. She got her BA in English literature in Iraq. She has lived in Virginia, North Carolina, Sacramento, and finally LA.
She was a manager at Macy’s department stores for 9 years. She was also Captain of charitable events for 5 years at Macy’s and was responsible for organizing and overseeing walks and fundraising. During this time, she started Macy’s ongoing involvement in the Step Out Walk to Stop Diabetes.
Reem currently owns a private business for home staging and interior design/decorating called Reem’s Divine Design which serves the LA area. She loves to design spaces and rooms for people to create the sanctuary that they have always dreamt of.
Reem is married and has a son, two daughters, and a cat. She enjoys working out, traveling, socializing, poetry and crafts.
