Community Services

Make a Difference program aims to empower Iraqis and other Arab newcomers by increasing their knowledge of their rights and responsibilities in the United States. Those who join the program can also gain experience in their field of study or profession. To this end, the program seeks to increase community awareness on matters related to Access, Equity and Human Rights in addition to promoting volunteerism and civic engagement within the community. The program is inclusive, and encourages engagement across all community segments.
